Pittsburgh's parade of vocalists concludes with the preeminent Yiddish concert diva Adrienne Cooper, who lends her authorative talent to a diverse evening of contemporary art song and cabaret. Pianist Marilyn Lerner's improvisations of klez-jazz fusion have electrified audiences throughout the U.S. and her native Canada. Alicia Svigals, a founding member of the Klezmatics, is one of klezmer music's most distinctive violinists.
